Frequently asked questions
Why €1 for the whole year?
It makes every account a real person: fake accounts become harder, so votes actually mean something. You pay €1 once and vote in every poll for a full year — 12 months from the day you pay.
Does it renew automatically?
No. We remind you before it expires and you decide.
Is this betting?
No. There are no odds and no money to win. You only earn points, a Truth Score and a place on the leaderboard.
What are the EXITBALL ID and Genesis?
The EXITBALL ID is your permanent code with a QR certificate. Genesis is your one-of-a-kind digital artwork, which you can customise and use as your avatar.
Can anyone see how I voted?
No. Your vote is never published individually — results are only shown in aggregate. See our Privacy Policy.
